The store owner is extremely rude. I was in the store browsing, and because I just came across with post traumatic distress I had red eyes and on the verge of crying, together with OCD and repetitive motions. The owner blatantly turned around and said “you are making me uncomfortable and you have to leave the store”. I stood there for minutes because I had no idea how to respond to such treatment, and he even mentioned he thought I was a “drug addict who might do anything”, even saying “I have those judgments and I’m usually right”. I have two bachelor’s degrees and a former federal government employee, I don’t ever get this sort of treatment from anyone. I tried to file a police report because this could technically be a case of discrimination against those of mental illness, but police stated it’s not enough to be classified as criminal. I don’t know what to say.

Don't Listen to anyone who says it's overpriced, the people claiming that are cheapskates. This place is the best convenience store to ever grace this planet we call Earth. The workers/staff are the best people you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting, the subs they make are by far unmatched in price or quality. They treat everyone they meet like family and serve you with 5 STAR SERVICE every single day that they are open and ever since they've been in business. No Doubt About It, best store in the Niagara Region. I'll go here every chance I get before I ever thought of going to another store. Keep up the great work Zway, from one super satisfied and always happy customer. Thank you so much.

I love this place, the subs are amazing & everything is always fresh. The owners are friendly and very kind. Everything is reasonably priced especially considering it’s a convenience store. Anything you’d need you can find here.

Amazing subs, that come with a free donut! Lots of selection here, great convenience store. But most importantly, great service! Been going to this store for 10 years, it will always be my favorite.
