Zoom Leisure Bikes: Bicycle, E-bike Rentals and Wine Tours in Niagara

Tried Zoom Leisure Bikes in Niagara for my first-ever bike rental, and it was a great experience. The process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and patient with beginners like me. I went with a standard bike, and it was in good shape, comfortable enough for a full ride around the area. Helmets were included in the price, and while they’re only mandatory for e-bikes, they had plenty available for everyone. Overall, it felt well organized and easy, definitely worth it if you want to explore Niagara at your own pace without any hassle.

An amazing day cycling on beautiful trails in and around Niagara-On-The-Lake. We rented e-bikes for the day - best money we spent on our entire trip! Bikes come with locks, baskets, helmets, and a great map with so many options of where to go! The staff was beyond wonderful and we were on our way in a few minutes. Bikes are in top condition and a joy to ride! 10/10 experience- highly recommend!

After CTG Tours cancelled our Vine and Dine Tour on us 20 mins before go time, we called up Zoom to see if they had bikes for 7 of us. Ben was so great! We headed down to Zoom and Ben helped us pick some wineries to stop at. A bummer start to the day ended up being the best thing, we had such a great time on our Zoom bikes, making our own tour based on Ben's recommendations. We had such a fabulous day! I recently visited this bicycle rental shop and was very impressed! The place is huge, clean, and extremely well organized. They don’t just do rentals they also offer spare parts, accessories, and more, making it a one-stop shop for any cyclist. I also noticed they have around 10 other rental stations across town, which makes it super convenient to grab or drop off a bike wherever you are. On top of that, their Zoom Bike Share App is a great idea it allows you to rent a bike quickly and easily through your phone. What I really liked is that they feel like more than just a store they are part of the cycling community. They even have a repair workshop on site (not sure if it’s open for public service, but it looked really well set up). Overall, a fantastic resource for both locals and visitors who love cycling. If you’re visiting Niagara and don’t make a stop at Niagara-on-the-Lake—and don’t rent a bike from Zoom Leisure Bikes—your trip is truly incomplete! The customer service here is top-notch, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful. A tip: If you need a smaller size bike, be sure to book in advance, as those tend to be limited. They offer both regular and e-bikes, but coming from California, we found the terrain here nice and flat—perfect for a leisurely ride on a standard bike. Highly recommend for a fun and scenic way to explore the area!
