I have been coming here for a knee injury and had the best experience. The space is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for recovery. The team is wonderful from the moment you walk in to the time you walk out! I am working with Dave, who is an awesome physiotherapist with a ton of knowledge and skill!! He really takes the time to help you understand your injury and recovery journey. I HIGHLY recommend Zero Gravity!!

Dr. John Mignelli has been treating my entire family for the past 3+ years, and we truly have nothing but great things to say about him. From day one, he has always treated us with respect, kindness, and genuine care. His professionalism and knowledge are evident in every appointment. He takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure we feel comfortable with our treatment plans. You can tell he’s highly skilled and passionate about what he does. There have been a few times when we needed urgent appointments, and Dr. Mignelli and his team went above and beyond to squeeze us in at the last minute. That level of dedication and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. The office at 200 Fitch Street Plaza, Unit A, in Welland is welcoming and well-run, and the entire team is friendly and accommodating. The team at Zsro Gravity (ZG) are all extremely friendly and professional. Julia as a PT has assisted from almost.no ability to walk to running. She takes the time to observe what is wrong and in the case of additional investigation she has determined the reasons the issues exist. Julia has individually tailored plans to ensure proper recovery. From the reception desk to all of the PTs and assistant staff they make your visit a welcome experience.
