Zehrs Niagara Falls

While checking out, the same item was scanned twice and I was almost overcharged. When I pointed it out, instead of apologizing or helping, the female employee spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive manner. This kind of disrespectful and scolding attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. They are both careless and lack basic customer service. I do not want to shop here again. Definitely not recommended.

This Starbucks inside Zehrs has been very disappointing. This is the second time my drink was made wrong. The first time my matcha latte was watery with no matcha flavor. Today, my Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso was extremely sweet and undrinkable. At this point, management seriously needs to retrain their baristas or reconsider keeping this location open because the quality is unacceptable.

The store is huge, clean, and always well-organized, which makes shopping actually enjoyable. The produce section is fantastic — everything looks super fresh and well-stocked, and it’s easy to find what you need without digging through wilted stuff like at some other stores. I also love how convenient this location is. It has a Wine Rack and a Starbucks right inside, so you can grab a coffee or a bottle of wine while getting your groceries done — a nice bonus. In the fall, their mums are amazing — big, healthy, and honestly some of the best prices in town. I always end up grabbing a few for the porch because they look so good and last a long time. The staff are friendly and the checkout lines move quickly even during busy times. Overall, this Zehrs is super convenient, fresh, and well-run — easily my go-to grocery store in Niagara Falls.

The store was recently renovated and had its grand re-opening in May. Its the latest concept for Loblaws/Zehrs/Your Independent Grocers. They've crammed a lot into the store, new: Natural Foods, Beauty, Kid's Zone, Home and an aisle for ethnic foods. I'd guess Joe Fresh was scaled back to make room for Kid's Zone and Home.
