I was looking for a specific vehicle for my wife but they didn’t have in stock at the moment, but they took the time to talk with me and said they would keep an eye out for one. Really great guys to deal with and very friendly. Their customer service was excellent and I really appreciate the effort they put in to help. Very happy with the experience!

View on GoogleWould never buy a car here again! Bought my car from Zaffs a few weeks ago. It's been an absolute nightmare. On the 2 test drives, the car drove smooth as silk. The tires needed to be replaced for the safety, and that's where everything became a disaster. It felt like an entirely different car after the safety; the steering wheel shook, the ride was bumpy and awful, the car pulled dramatically to the right, something was clearly wrong. Took it to my own mechanic. Zaff's technicians installed one of the directional tires backwards!!! They didn't balance the tires or do alignment, and they bent a rim!!! After my mechanic fixed all of that, the car still shakes. The cheap used tires they put on are defective! Manufacture date was 4 years ago. I was told by the salesman that I had a bumper to bumper 36 day warranty, but when I called them they insisted they would only warranty the work done for the safety. They also promised me a second set of keys, but there was only one key on delivery. When I asked about it, they said they'd book their "guy" to get the second key, but weeks later still haven't and clearly they don't intend to. I would never buy from them again, and would never recommend them to anyone! Very unhappy with this car dealership! Edited in response to their reply: I also have invoices showing the extensive work that has needed to be done in the few weeks I have owned the car. While Zaffs told me on the phone they would cover ALL costs, they covered exactly $248.60. The portion they refused to pay is $700 and counting in 3 weeks of owning the car, and that's if I can put up with the tires.
