Lady sitting on reception was so rude , all the time she was talking on call. When i went to ask her for help she behave rude with me time was 3:50pm check the camera

Complete and utter waste of time these people are only here to collect a paycheck have sent multiple emails to messages with no response after I was told this place is supposed to be good clearly they're overwhelmed they are always working from home why I have no idea when covid is over you should be at work that's what you're paid to do not have your family in the background and talking to them along with talking to your client you are there being paid hourly to do a job do it or get a new one this is unacceptable working at home covid is over there is no reason for you to be working at home and then take vacations and have no one filling in your place so you leave people feeling hopeless for weeks on end you people are not here to help you are there to collect a paycheck very disrespectful towards the community that you guys are funded by the government to help and yet you're not doing your job making excuses lies not following up with emails working from home taking vacations without a fill in none of this is acceptable and this is the program manager mind you so clearly there needs to be a change over there maybe I think an email to the MPP and the mayor is in order

All talk. They don’t follow up or anything. They took all my information and never heard anything from them. Seems a good spot for people who are unemployed or if they are refugees in that way this place can help them get a minimum wage job or something.

Exceptional experience with YMCA employment in Lundy's Lane, Niagara Falls! Mrs. Rabah Omer was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
