when booking, the description said air conditioning under the amenities list. the owner should know you can’t say you have ac if you don’t turn it on or let your guests do so..the building itself may have ac but there is no individual control for rooms and over 75% time im pretty sure it was just completely off. i was pretty disappointed as i’m heat sensitive and ac was important to me considering it’s may.

I don't recommend this place for March/Spring break or any vacation around Niagara. Please ignore the owner's reply. Here is the truth: Some of the rooms are outdated and need major repairs and renovations. The WiFi and internet is very slow, keeps disconnecting and not reliable. The bathroom also requires major repairs and water is sometimes too cold or too hot. The temperature in the rooms were also inconsistent and sometimes too hot or too cold and there is no way to adjust heating or AC for each individual room as there seems to be only one control for some of the rooms in the hotel. Lastly, there rarely seems to be anyone at the main office and most phone calls go unanswered despite calling several times. Also, some of the recent 5 star reviews look fake and sketchy. They all seem like they are coming from the same person/company and they were all posted around the same time which is very odd. P.S. I am related to someone booked at the hotel as most hotel reservations allow 2 people and my name doesn't necessarily have to be listed on the reservation. Please ignore the owner's reply and comment.

My stay at this place was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their travels. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The location is perfect for driving or busing down to Clifton Hill and to view the falls. The rooms are very nice , clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly all in all it was a great stay with good service. I definitely will be back

This place is in desperate need of renovations. The place was very run down with flooring coming up, and the bath tub was in such desperate need of replacement I wouldn't shower in it, the door handles were pealing. The pictures on the web site did not reflect what you got. That being said it was as clean as a building in that condition could be. The bed was new and so was the bedding. There are new owners who are doing repairs and sent a note at check in that they know it needs attention. I would suggest that they do the repairs before continuing to rent it out so they don't damage their reputation further.
