$146.00 to hem a prom dress! The staff is extremely rude and do not listen to customers wishes.My daughter and I were spoken over several times for the alternative fitting.Staff was especially rude to my daughter.Wheb we picked up the dress the woman was so rude. Will never use this service again.

260$ for a dress hem and 1 inch take in on the side. I also had to go in twice because the First Lady had no idea how to pin the dress. They never told me a proper date to pick up the dress. When I called to ask for an update they very rudely said "we don't call" When I went and got the dress they didn't even have me try it on again to make sure it fit good. If I could give 0 starts I would Go literally anywhere else! I think they over charge so you never come back

If I could give zero stars I would. The rudeness of the 2 woman there was unbelievable. To complain about having to alteration on a dress when that’s your job is rude. Then to throw my daughters dress on the floor is disgusting. You need to remember the customers is how you get paid and stay in business. Thankfully we found someone who actually takes pride in their work and are helping us. I’m glad you did’t even get to attempt to alter my daughters dress because I am sure you would have done a horrible job. Learn some manners

Expesive..not professionale..two bad expérience with them..as shown in photos..pants not correctly done

Terrible customer service. Waited at the counter to ask a simple question. The staff seen us and proceeded to chat to another staff and hid herself behind the wall. When addressed, she simply turned around and said "Yes?" I had photos to show her of the project, she didn't come see/get closer to the counter. I was trying to get more details and she simply said "The seamstress would have to see it." But didn't make any attempt to assist. Do I need to make an appointment? When is the seamstress there? I left with more questions than answers - but will never be back.
