She is an awful Dr. that's why I fired her. My new Dr. found out at my first appointment that she has been over medicating me Blood Pressure meds for 15 years, my BP was 168/82 that day. It's been two months and my new Dr. has it down to 138/80. That's why I fired her, btw ask her why she is not aloud to practice in the GNGH system.

I had Dr. Chong years ago but I left to go to the US. When I came back to Canada she wouldn’t take me as a new patient. It’s been six years that I’ve been waiting for a doctor. I ended up finding a lump on my breast and Dr. Chong said that I could use her office to get the results because they will only send it to a physician. However, Dr. Chong never actually called me with any results and it turns out that I’ve been diagnosed with cancer. This medical system is hard enough to navigate but with offices like this, it’s even worse. When I called to tell them the secretary was rude and defensive. Now I’m scrambling trying to remove this office as a contact. I have no idea if medical information will accidentally be sent to them while I wait to join a new medical practice next month. I’m completely terrified that something is being missed. I would not say this office holds medical ethics seriously.
