We've been staying here for 10+ years. It's in a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Amenities include a well-maintained pool, hot tub, and gym. The staff is helpful and professional. One standout, though: employee Steve is exceptional. Among his duties, he restocks the towels at the pool and the gym. Steve is welcoming, helpful, and conscientious, always with a great attitude.

We stayed at Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview on December 31st (New Year’s Eve), and overall it was a very comfortable and well-located stay, especially for a special occasion like New Year. While the hotel is on the pricier side, that’s expected for New Year’s Eve in Niagara Falls—and the location absolutely justifies it. Being able to walk to the Falls, nearby attractions, and New Year celebrations/fireworks made the experience stress-free and memorable. We stayed in Tower B, which I would strongly recommend. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with enough space to comfortably accommodate a family. A big highlight was the balcony, which added great value to the stay. From the room, we also had a pleasant view of the Skylon Tower, which looked especially nice in the evening with the city lights. The beds were comfortable, the room felt quiet despite the busy season, and housekeeping standards were good. Overall, it felt like a reliable, family-friendly hotel that delivers what it promises. Summary: • Best suited for peak occasions like New Year’s Eve • Excellent walkable location near Falls and attractions • Tower B is preferred (balcony + better experience) • Spacious, clean rooms with good views • Slightly expensive, but worth it for special stays A solid choice if you want convenience, comfort, and a festive Niagara Falls experience without compromising on room quality.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to honestly. We are consistent bookers at Niagara and St.Catharines and hubby, kids and I were so impressed! We stayed for Christmas Eve until the next day and we had a suite basically with 2 queen beds and another pull out sofa bed with it's own TV. The room was super clean and beds were very comfortable. We didn't hear any noise at night or in the morning. It felt like we were the only ones there. When we needed assistance the employees came right away to our room. They were super helpful and and friendly. I didn't use the swimming pool but my husband kids said the pool was a bit cold but hot tub was perfect! It's about a 10 minute to the falls and roughly 5 minutes to downtown area. Perfect location, excellent hotel and stay and the price was amazing! Thank you hotel and staff, you guys were great! Will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed here for the tub, to be honest. My husband loves a big tub! It was definitely big - it also took half an hour to fill (which they warned us about at the front desk) and the water temperature was very inconsistent but mostly cool. Made for a quick shower in the morning! The rooms are old and dated and the parking was $30, which seemed a bit steep for outdoor parking in an unplowed lot. They did have nice amenities, especially if you're travelling with children. The staff was warm and welcoming and we had a nice view of the Falls and the Ferris wheel, etc. It's kind of a push, but next time, I'd skip the tub and stay somewhere nicer.

What a great stay. Front desk was super accommodating. Met my request for a room based on mobility issues. Gave some helpful information on the hotel and surrounding area. Very pleasant demeanour. Room was exactly as advertised. Very clean, amazing shower water pressure, and jet tub was an appreciated feature. Only critique, I’m not a fan of feather pillows. Some choice would be great, but I’m just being nit picky. Valet parking attendants were very nice and helpful. Overall, had a great time and will be back.
