I ordered a last minute bouquet of fragrant flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. I confirmed with Ashley the hours she was going to be briefly open on Mother's Day for pickup. However, the next day, Mother's Day, my pathetic peabrain recalled that the closing time was the opening time. Ashley called close to closing time to verify that I was coming to pick up my order. She even offered to wait for me to get there. Guaranteed, I shall be a repeat customer of Wyldewood Blooms. Customer service extraordinaire. Oh...and the flowers? Beautiful!!

I have not had the occasion to send flowers too often in my lifetime and did not know a florist in this area. I made an excellent choice by choosing Ashley. I came across info on her shop and upon viewing the photos of her lovely work I phoned her immediately. She was extremely pleasant on the telephone and I could tell in conversation she was genuine, and truly listening/involved with what I was saying. By the time I arrived at her shop she had already put something together for me and it was perfect! I was unsure of what to send, what should be written on the card et cetera. She had all the correct answers and helped me the whole way through. I know I took a lot of her time but she never tried to rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. As mentioned my order was perfect but the next day I called and asked her to make a slight change, and again she was very understanding and did not have a problem with my request. Afterward she sent a photograph of my order to make sure I was okay with the change before she delivered the item. Thank you for all your help, Ashley! Ashley is such a lovely person and so very talented. Her shop is right next to City Hall. If you need flowers I recommend you contact Wyldewood Blooms. I do not write reviews often...only if they are truly deserved.

Ashley created absolutely beautiful bouquets, floral urns, church pew decorations, etc. for our wedding! I gave her the colours, the basic details of what we needed, and she flew with it; designing everything with an artistic eye. We were so happy with how it all turned out. She's lovely to work with, communication was effortless, and she made the entire process stress-free. Thank you, Ashley, for everything! 💛
