If I could give 0 starts I would. I came in on a Friday to inquire about booking a trip. Samantha was the person I dealt with. From the moment I came in she seemed very unpleasant towards me. I felt rushed by her and she didn’t even offer me to have a seat. She took down my information said she doesn’t deal with booking trips and that she’ll have another agent email me by Monday. I never received an email . So I called back and she replied with saying “yeah I told you it takes time” again I felt disappointed with her customer service. I had a friend call and she was emailed the same day yet here I was waiting 3 business days for a response .I have taken my business elsewhere. In which they helped me the same day and I was able to book my trip.

This is my very first time booking through a travel agent as I thought after COVID it be a good idea. Agency days online they open till 5 pm so I go to agency to grab my medical insurance for the lady behind the desk to be like I'm leaving early today so I can't help you. I'm like what your open till 5 and I travel tomorrow. She could care a less said go to royal bank they help you . Excuse me why the hell would I go to royal bank for my medical insurance. This will be the last time I ever use this service and I will tell everyone the same thing . Oh and my first travel agent left the agency right after she booked my trip . Just bad vibes at moment
