Best gym best price. Cleaner than good life and sauna always on staff super friendly and I always come back here every time I want to join a gym. Matt the manager is awesome.

The ladies working at the Child Care are real gems. This place was a life saver when I was on parental leave. The gym is large, clean and the staff is friendly. I'm no longer a member since it was too far to attend now that I am back at work or else I would have stayed a member. Cancellation was easy, I followed the instructions in the contract and it was cancelled as soon as the letter was received.

Women's only area. Good amount of cardio machines. Very busy between 4-6pm. Staff are present and happy to help. Personal trainers available for a fee. Clean change rooms and showers. Bring your own lock. Cubbies available too. Free weights, Cables Weights, Target weighted machines available. Area for lifts and presses as well. I have been a member now for 6 months and can say I’m pretty impressed with the facility. Large enough that you don’t have to wait for machines , gym floor and change rooms are kept clean. All staff are friendly and professional. I am especially impressed with the child care providers . The ladies are so kind and caring towards my child and have helped with her adjustment to child care and her overall development ! Keep up the great work
