World Gym Niagara Falls

Staff is friendly and easy to interact with. The only complaint I have is regarding the cleaning of the place. The hygene of the place is not good. Bathroom are 🤢. I will never consider use the shower or sauna since it's disgusting Floor are not swept and the machine could use a cleaning at the bottom of it. Other than that it will be a nice place.

I have been a member here for 11 years. I have grandfathered in the $10 membership which is great. Just my honest takes, but the customer service can be bad when it comes to greeting old or new members and the bathrooms are gross. Despite, a stutter I have I have always tried to be nice to any new or old staff. I have always tried saying hello, but have given up because not necessarily because of my stutter, which can be an insecurity of mine, but because they don’t bother to say “hi” anymore or greet other members, especially new staff. I think every gym should feel welcoming, such as Goodlife Fitness. It makes me feel like a ghost everytime I walk in. I try to be outgoing despite my stutter, but there is no point anymore. With the bathrooms, I am sure the staff do a good job at trying to maintain the bathrooms to look clean, but there needs to be sign, up or something, because some members mistreat them. Sometimes puddles of water and urine, constant clogged toilets and sometimes urinals, toilet seats dirty and the toilet paper sometimes doesn’t come out properly. Everything else is good. Change rooms don’t reak of BO, they smell clean. Sauna is clean and showers for the most part are clean, equipment wiped down only by staff and well maintained, plenty of space. Pricing isn’t the best right now to be honest. It has gone up quite a bit for sometime. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. I have regularly used the Niagara Falls location for a few years now. I have found that all the staff are very friendly, the facility is clean, the child care is fantastic and all the regular gym users are very respectful and friendly! This gym has everything you need…cardio machines, weight machines and free weight area, a private woman's only area, basketball court, private personal training room, full child care room, tanning beds, massage chairs and it is in a great location with lots of parking!! Overall I LOVE this gym.

Love it.!! It's clean, comfortable, and safe. The people who use the gym regularly are friendly and respectful and so is the staff. I spent a year as a guest on my brothers membership, and then I got my own. I have been a member for over a year now, and I have no regrets. Lots of parking, plenty machines and great hours. Actually the membership was worth it just for the massage bed and tanning bed.

I'm not a member, but my brother is a member which lets him bring an extra person for no fee or charge. Two or three times a week he brings me with him to World Gym. There's a wide variety of machines and dumbbells the gym provides. The staff are always kind and on duty. I personally love the triceps and biceps machines. The bathrooms are clean unlike public bathrooms, that's for sure a bonus. Changing rooms and showers genuinely get taken care of. I haven't been to the sauna yet. Gym is always clean and sanitary, never encountered any issues with World Gym. While World Gym is always packed you get a wide variety of machines and let's you sanitize yourself with showers, toilets, a changing room, and a sauna. I always go at night, looks the best and you get a breeze when you're done and get out, not as packed too.
