Work Authority

5.46 pm February 26, 2026 Shopped at Work Authority Fourth Avenue St Catharines Ontario. Two employees not very interested to assist me. I was left alone to find shoes. Finally i had to speak strongly asking if one of them could help.

Highly Recommended I ordered a pair of Reebok Hyperium MetGuard work boots as they were sold out. Yesterday they called me and told me they were in and went there immediately after work. Lexi assisted me with my new boots, she was very friendly and helpful. It's quite easy to see that she is someone who takes her position seriously and is a definite asset to Work Authority.

I want to thank the staff member at this store whom we spoke with today. She was very kind, friendly, and professional. People like her make shopping a pleasant experience. Thank you for the excellent service!

I had a great experience here. The first thing that made it a great experience was the layout of the store. It’s a an open Concept and the display is really easy to scan. I found exactly what I was looking for. They have a well stocked store. The staff were friendly and polite and the store is extremely clean.

I work in Construction as a sheet metal worker and I don't wear my boots heavily. I've been buying boots from work authority since I entered be trades 10 plus years ago and have never had a bad experience until now. My 250 dollar Kodiak boots that I bought last September ( unfortunately outside of warranty now ) has the soles peeling off the bottom of both boots. Clearly there is a manufacturing issue here. Soles should not be peeling off boots less than a year old. The staff at the store were zero help. Apparently my continued business over many years means nothing. I honestly thought work authority would help me out here, but it was a quick no. My business will be going elsewhere now unfortunately.
