Had wise cracks come to fix a problem in 2019, being a 10 year warranty. This year water damage to the basement. In floor heating ,drywall , base board, all damaged. Call , spoke with a women, said she needed to speak with someone else, and she would get back to me. 3 weeks now! Passed in to my lawyer. Thank you Wise Crack of Niagara.

Very delightful and professional. Tamara the planner was thorough , very helpful and professional a pleasure to deal with. On the day of the appointment it was pouring rain outside , the workers that arrived Tanner and Miles fixed all our cracks cleaned up all the mess they were very professional , friendly and did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Wise Cracks. We had small leaks in our cinder block and trenches had to be dug to the sump pump. A water proof wall cover was put on, and new concrete laid, all in a matter of less than 2 days. I was astonished at how hard Stephane worked. I'm absolutely thrilled! I’m a condo owner who experienced a crack in the basement foundation. Once the Property Manager (who took over 5 months to initiate the contact, but that’s a different bad review for another company) contacted Wise Cracks for the repair, WC was very responsive. I spoke with Linda who was very helpful in explaining the process and understanding of my need to have this repair done quickly. A repair tech was on site within 5 days to assess the situation. He was very thorough, taking the time to patiently explain the options . The estimate was sent to the Property Management Company. Four days later, we had a heavy downpour causing water to leak into my basement. I called Linda at WC who promptly turned the issue over to Tamara who is very knowledgeable about leaks and cracks. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of promptly with minimal damage. We arranged for repair within 4 days . There was a complication at my end requiring me to go into emergency surgery but not knowing when. Tamara was so kind when she said that if surgery was the scheduled date, I just needed to call her and she would have someone come in 2 days later. This whole wretched experience was handled so professionally by your staff. I am eternally grateful. I would have given your firm a 10 star rating if I could.
