Amazing!! Just bought a new phone from Lisa. She is such an incredibly hard worker and not only took care of me and all my questions, she also handled so many other customer interactions while waiting for my phone to set up. (Those other customers also discussed with me how amazing she is while we were all at the counter.) She’s honest, efficient and has terrific customer service. This wonderful lady deserves everything and more! We will be back for any of our Fido needs!

Used to go to the Wireless Wave inside Costco but had a number of unpleasant experiences with the staff there. By chance, happened to go the the Wireless Wave location inside Seaway Mall and have never looked back or been disappointed. Lisa has been a fantastic resource for our family and can't recommend her enough. She helped us out once again tonight. It takes time to look at options and she ended up switching 3 of our lines. She knows her stuff and is incredibly attentive and patient. She has excellent customer service skills and we have appreciated her so much!

Absolutely great Service here! Lisa is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customer's! Thank you for a smooth and painless process of getting a new phone! I’m currently 8 months pregnant and she was very accommodating. My boyfriend and I won’t go anywhere else!
