Had a problem with the infrared in my remote control. The staff at Wintronics were able to repair it for a fair and reasonable price. It now is more responsive than when it was new. Would highly recommend this business.

I've been a customer at Wintronic Welland for a few years. I am always very happy with their service and knowledge. I'm not a "computer person", I just want it to work. If I run into a problem, they are kind and patient, and aways fix it. I was very apprehensive when I needed to buy a new laptop about a year ago - my previous computer purchase had been at a big box store and needed quite a few repairs over a couple of years. When it was close to being beyond repair I went to Wintronic for my new one. They asked a few questions and sold me exactly what I needed. I'm so happy with how I was treated and with the computer. I can't recommend Wintronic Welland highly enough.

They were courteous and polite no matter the problems at hand, and were very patient with my questions. Wintronics was willing to call me when the product I was looking for came in, and went above and beyond in helping me with my device when it arrived. They were even willing to help me with additional issues with a completely different device. I have intentions of shopping with Wintronics in the future.

I took my new computer to Wintronic, and I am absolutely thrilled at how they walk me through every aspect of what I need and the options I had. As it stands, they loaded in my norton, and my microsoft office home and they even wiped my old computer clean. I only wish I knew about this hidden gem in Welland sooner and I probably would have just bought a refurbished laptop from them as well as a service contract. The service contract I purchased through staples is absolutely useless to me. I'll be going to Wintronic Computers for all my computer needs from now on. The bonus is how reasonable the cost for this service and the product that I purchased was. Thanks Guys.
