What an amazing experience we had a Wintronic Computers. For Christmas my son built is own computer and wanted to put it all together Christmas morning. On Christmas eve at 4:30pm he realized he did not have the right screws and could not assemble in the morning. So he threw a hail mary and called Wintronic. They person working said he would stay till we could get there. When we arrived he went out of his way to make sure my son had everything he needed to put it all together. As well, he spent the time to explain it all to him. When I asked the cost, he said it was a Christmas present! What a guy. He literally saved Christmas for our son. We could not be more grateful. They have my business from now on! Great spot and super knowledgeable.

I recommend this small business full-service computer store over the big box stores. It is the second time I have used them for their services. This time, I purchased a gaming computer for $2,000 over the other option of $3,000 which the owner, Scott, did not push me into doing. I needed the latest laptop equipment with (Hellcat) speed. The owner offered at no additional charge to set up the new laptop exactly like my old one (mirroring), included in the price of the purchase of the new laptop. This would have been an extra charge if I had gone to Best Buy (Geek Squad). I also was informed if I had any questions, I should not hesitate to bring the purchase back in, and Scott would answer them for me. I am writing this review on the new laptop. It was a plug-and-play purchase.
