10/10 experience at Wings Up Niagara Falls! The owners are so kind and checked in on how we were enjoying our food. The wings were so saucy and delicious and everything was made hot and fresh! We will be back 100%.
View on GoogleWe stopped by for some wings as we were in the area. The honey garlic Parm were fantastic and saucy, with the lemon pepper potato wedges also being a surprise hit. They have different daily specials on sandwiches as well as a one pound wing walk-in deal for $12.99. Worth checking out 😋
View on GoogleUPDATE- The owner reached out and genuinely took responsibility for the Dec 27 order. They made it right with a follow-up order, and I’m happy to say the food this time was excellent — proper portions, well-cut vegetables, balanced seasoning, clean presentation, and everything included as it should be. More importantly, it’s clear the new owner truly cares about customers and the reputation of this location. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters, and this was handled the right way. Consistency like this is what will rebuild trust, and if this level is maintained, I’m confident this location will do very well. Appreciate the accountability and the improved experience. I’m writing this review after two separate orders placed days apart, and the difference between them was honestly shocking. The first order (Dec 14, 2025, around 9:19 pm) was excellent. Portions were correct, cauliflower and wedges were cut properly, seasoning was balanced, packaging was neat, and all condiments were included. It was exactly what WingsUp food is supposed to be. The second order (Dec 27, 2025, around 9:15 pm, ordered under the name Meghan) was the complete opposite. Portions were inconsistent, vegetables were poorly cut, Cajun wedges were overly Cajunized while the lemon pepper wedges barely had seasoning, and condiments were missing entirely. Presentation and packaging were sloppy. To be clear, I’m not guessing here — I worked at WingsUp for a year (not this location), so I know what proper prep, cutting standards, and portioning look like. This wasn’t a “busy night” issue; it was poor execution. Unfortunately, the day after the Dec 27 order, both my wife and I experienced stomach issues, which raises serious concerns about food handling and quality that night. I can’t say definitively what caused it, but combined with the visible prep issues, it’s troubling. My honest suggestion to the owner: please review who was working both nights at the time of these orders. The person who prepared the Dec 14 order deserves recognition. The person working on Dec 27 is actively hurting your brand and customer trust. I want this location to do well — but consistency and food safety matter.
View on GoogleFantastic first experience at WingsUp! The staff/owners were all very friendly and explained to us all the deals that they offer. The wings were amazing (we tried the Honey Garlic Parm and the Lemon Pepper), really fresh and a great portion for $15 on Wing Wednesday! Definitely will be back and recommend this spot to others :)
View on GoogleI went with non-breaded wings so the sauces could really shine, and it was the right call. Each flavor stood out in its own way: • Honey Hot – A perfect sweet-heat balance. The honey gives a light caramelized stickiness, while the hot sauce adds a slow-building kick without overwhelming the taste buds. Great for anyone who likes a little burn with their sweetness. • Thai Sauce – Bright and tangy with a hint of citrus and ginger. It has a nice chili warmth and a slightly herbal note that keeps it interesting. Probably the most unique of the three. • Jerk BBQ – Smoky and rich with that classic jerk spice aroma—cloves, allspice, and a touch of scotch bonnet heat. The BBQ base adds a molasses sweetness that makes it hearty and bold. The wings themselves were cooked well: juicy inside, lightly crisp on the outside despite being non-breaded. If you like variety, this trio gives you sweet, tangy, and smoky all in one order.
