Wings Block

I recently placed an order with Wings Block, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming, leading me to conclude that it will be my last. My order consisted of loaded nachos with double meat, two pounds of wings, and fries with gravy. Upon discovering that the nachos did not include the requested double meat, I contacted the establishment and was informed by the kitchen staff that the additional meat had indeed been included. I expressed my concerns to the customer service representative, suggesting that the kitchen staff may have been dishonest to avoid accountability. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved, and I chose not to pursue it further, despite having paid for the additional meat. As promised, I am now sharing my experience in a review. The total cost of my order was $80, including an $8 delivery fee and tip. While the wings and fries with gravy were satisfactory, the nachos lacked flavor, and the meat tasted boiled and unappetizing. Considering the premium price point, I expected a higher quality of food and service. It would have been appreciated if the establishment had offered to waive the charge for the extra meat on my next order, even though I had decided not to return. This gesture would have demonstrated a commitment to rectifying the issue and providing better customer service. Ultimately, Wings Block needs to improve the quality of their food and service to justify their premium pricing. My experience was disappointing, and I hope that the establishment will take steps to address these issues.

Hands down THE best pizza and wings we’ve ever had, and the Mr is QUITE the wings snob! Everything we’ve tried on the menu is our new favourite, the servers are wonderful… it’s a cheap, delicious, fun date night every single time. Do yourself a favour and GO.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tried the steak poutine at Wings Block in Welland and it was excellent. Tender, well-seasoned steak, Great fries, rich gravy, and perfectly melted cheese curds. Very generous portion and full of flavor. The owners were also super friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth stopping in — I’ll be back.

My 11year old son and I went for Sunday lunch while visiting family in the Welland hospital rough across the street. We split a Greek pizza and a pound of Dill Parm wings. Both were delicious, and we were thoroughly entertained by the “funny cat videos” that ran while we waited for our food. I highly recommended it to my wife who later ordered the Tropical Chicken pizza… she agreed that the food was amazing as well! We would highly recommend.

Best pizza and wings in Welland, hands down. The food has been amazing every time we go here, and the service is fantastic, especially considering how busy they are and with such few workers. Huge selection of wings flavours, our personal favourite is mild BBQ, but many are delicious. Even the sides like the fries are great.
