Wine Rack

Didn't find the staff I dealt with particularly friendly. Not much interest in helping me. Not much of a greeting and upon departure she couldn't even tell me to have a good night or happy new year. I guess im not a regular! I did tell her to have a good evening! Anyway.. Last time I'll visit this location!

Blond lady with glasses (staff) needs a bit of training in customer service. As I opened the store's fridge to look at the chilled inventory, I was quickly interrupted, had the door shut on me and was informed that anything I needed chilled is on the shelves. Felt like I didn't belong and that I should just leave. I hope she is not the owner and only part of the staff. She needs some guidance/training.

As a regular customer, I can't get enough of the Wine Rack in St. Pelham! It's my absolute favourite spot for a quick refill. The team's friendly service and their wealth of knowledge always impress me. I rely on them to help me pick out the perfect bottle every time. Big shout-out to the staff for consistently making my visits enjoyable. I can't wait to stop by again soon!

I don't know why, but every time I'm in there I never get acknowledged and the staff come across as so cold. If I do stop in, it's when I'm on my way home from work (so in office clothes), and my son on my hip after daycare. I don't go in often - but it's on my way home and convenient being in the same plaza as Shoppers and Sobeys. Every time I seem to have the same experience. The Wine Shop in Zehrs - a completely different experience. They are so helpful and nice. The last time I was in the S. Pelham location a few days ago I didn't even get a "hi" until I was at the cash and was telling my infant son to say "hi". It's a bit awkward.

Always a pleasure coming in here, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always make my quick stops in a memorable trip, Mitchell helped me last time and he’s the bomb.com, honestly any member of the team are worthy of a shoutout. Highly recommend, these guys know their stuff!
