I cannot recommend Sarah Wilson highly enough. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside her for many years in my role as a celebrant, and she is consistently outstanding. Sarah is always professional, efficient, and incredibly organised, making every service run smoothly and seamlessly. What truly sets her apart, though, is her genuine kindness, compassion, and care. These qualities are not just part of her work—they are at the very forefront of everything she does. She treats every family with the utmost respect and sensitivity, creating a calm and supportive presence during what is often a very difficult time. Our mother had prepaid her cremation and when the time came it ended up being a simple process. Janelle was very knowledgeable, fantastic to deal with and took very good care of us. Words cannot express how much Wilson Burial and Cremation means to me. I lost my mother my best friend and the best person in the world. I have never had to handle a person passing. I felt so safe and like there was a huge weight off my shoulders. Recommend to anyone. This team is so thoughtful and considerate.

I've seen a number of not so great reviews for Passfield and wanted to make sure I left my 2 cents. I have dealt with this company twice within the last 12 months, and both times I have had a comforting and pleasant experience. We were helped with the planning in advance of my mother's passing, and in the much more sudden passing of my father they were there for my sister's and I. We were at a loss and unsure of what to do, but we're given help, advice and ultimately a cremation for my father as well. I enjoyed that it was not a rigid, sterile environment and we were able to laugh and smile with Mr. Passfield even in our toughest of moments. Dealing with Passfield was affordable and almost like a family member helping us through our difficult times - I would recommend to anyone looking for a non traditional funeral for a loved one.
