This management company is fairly new to my corporation and our board has been impressed with their commitment to their boards and directors. Everyone we interact with is helpful and mindful of our particular needs. The meetings they occasionally put on for board directors are great learning/socializing events. Our particular property manager, Anna Suters, brings her years of property management to our table . We rely on her good advice and this is most helpful in the smooth operation of our corporation. The overall service provided is outstanding.

My clients asked me to order a status for a property I have listed. From the moment the administrative assistant answered the phone she was unbelievably rude. I couldn't believe her tone and the way she was speaking with me over the phone. I have dealt with many property management companies all over Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara and could never imagine having an employee that speaks with people this way. Management needs to review who is answering their phone. If the admin on the phone just stated that they were no longer representing the condominium in the property management that would have been completely understandable, although this was never stated. This review was strictly regarding the poor customer service that the admin provided.

Our townhouse community has recently partnered with Wilson Blanchard and our experience has been great! We primarily work with Clancy who is knowledgeable, quick to respond and connects with other key people, such as the city, fire department, contractors etc, whenever we need.
