Worst broker in the market. worse then Livingston

Worst broker no one knows anything and takes forever to get loads cleared.

Lady at night is super nice (if they answer). But that's not the problem. Problem is they are under staffed and rarely ever get loads cleared. Took me 16 hours last week and on other times it's not unusual to spend the night in the truck. They definitely need to change things up.

They need to start picking up the phone, they are way understaffed. We have tons of drivers who use Wilson and usually loads don't get clear, they need at least 9hrs to clear the load and even then is not cleared sometimes.

Last week I sent pars 4 hrs prior to arrival at border.. I got their and load still not cleared.. I had 4 hours of driving time left on my log. The time load was cleared I had no more hours left. Had to sleep at border and wait an additional 10 hours..This week I sent PARS 3 hours prior, arrived at border load still not cleared.. called office and this lady is giving attitude saying they're overwhelmed with orders and 3 hours isn't enough time to clear my load.. If Wilson can not handle the orders why don't they hire more people or turn down clients since they can not meet the standards and demands of clients..Wilson is the only CB that does this. Why does it take several hours to clear load!!!! where I'm running out of hours and having to spend an additional 10hrs because of there lack of managment when it comes to clearing loads. They have no empathy for drivers. For all the things drivers have to worry about on the road, costumes brokers shouldn't be one of them
