I experienced one of their drivers driving recklessly with one of their large delivery vehicles.I followed him to their office and asked to speak to the driver.The owner listened to me talk with the driver who lied and denied his actions and walked away from me duriring the conversation.I continued to explain the situation to the owner who found it funny and laughed at me twice.It is obvious he did not care his driver was reckless and unremorseful. Their lack of character and disrespectfulness was apalling.

Amazing place with a lots of amazing trees plants and flowers, very nice people to deal with. Special thanks to Rob for doing the great job organizing shipments and taking care of customers.

DON'T buy hostas that have come from this nursery. Several have been spotted in the marketplace that are infected with Hosta Virus X (HVX) and they have not responded to efforts to contact them. I saw the hosta shown at an Ottawa area nursery. The dark "ink bleed" along the veins in the leaf if a classic symptom of HVX even though this variety does have rather funky markings. They are NOT typical of what the hosta should look like. I would avoid this nursery like the plague if they don't care enough about their stock to respond to people who contact them.

Careful they sell sick Hostas, infected with HVX! They were emailed twice and a phone call was made to the President of Willowbrook Nurseries (John Langendoen). They have never responded!

WARNING: Don't deal with them! John and his son cheated us. When we found out, they built up a story to make us believe that a third party made a mistake. So we tried to solve it and slowly discovered that John and his family just took our money and we got the worst 'deal' of our life so far. We tried to get at least a bit of the money back but there was no way. Be aware: If you are a farmer or horticulturist and trust your colleague's word - don't do it here, even if you have a good gut feeling.
