This is by far the most amazing shopping experience I’ve had. Lovely little shop with a great selection of watches, jewelry etc, and the prices are reasonable. Customer service was top notch. 👍🏾

I live in Port Colborne, and when my local jewelers closed their doors. I needed a new one. So I was recommended Williams. I only needed repairs but I will not go anywhere else now. They were reasonable in price and repair was beautiful. I will make the drive. For the service. I would recommend for price, workmanship and friendly service

Went there a couple months ago to change strap for one of my watches ($20), then to fix another watch (one of the hands fell off and the battery was dead, $20). The pricing I think was very reasonable and everyone was super friendly. Planning to pay them a visit again to find a strap for one of my new watches. Highly recommended!

I went to Williams Jewellers for the first time today after reading positive reviews. They were indeed super friendly and knowledgeable. I only needed a watch battery today (excellent price, by the way 😀) but I will go back there when I want to buy jewellery.
