Dr.Willard is amazing! My boyfiened had his first appointment today and from the moment we got to the office from the time we left the whole experience was amazing. His receptionist is very kind and helpful! Dr.Willard is very thorough and listens to his patients, if you don't understand something he will explain it to you in a way you understand and will explain it until your comfortable and you understand. My boyfriend has been dealing with these issues for almost 2 years now and it was so relieving to finally get answers and actually be listened too. We have no doubts his surgery will go great with Dr.Willard in charge! I highly recommend Dr.Willard over any other doctor in Niagara.

Dr. Willard performed my breast cancer surgery and my melanoma surgery, these surgeries were 11 years apart. He is the finest and trusted Doctor I have ever had. Even on follow up appointments He is very thorough and puts you at ease , even when when you are facing cancer surgery. I would highly recommend him for any surgery and care He performs in His field.

I had my hernia surgery on July 13, 2021. What a wonderful surgeon. Dr. Willard is, he is so personable, professional, has great bedside manners & very easy to talk to. I was very nervous & he put me at ease by explaining the process of the surgery & the recovery process & time that it will take to fully recover. I cannot compliment him enough. My experience was very positive & if by chance you should not understand something regarding any issue he will give you another explanation until you fully understand. I never had such a great experience with the surgery process & I truly appreciate the fact that he's very easy to talk to, how professionals he is & explains in detail the process for the surgery that you will be undertaking.
