Very thankful for a recent experience with Ken at Wild Bill's Auto Repair shop. I brought my car in for a wheel banging issue, and Ken took care of it quickly for me and pointed out that a previous repair from another shop had failed to properly tighten a lug nut which was causing a wobble at high-speed! From the moment I arrived, Ken was professional, friendly and efficient, and took the time to share his experience and knowledge to ensure I'd be on the lookout for any such thing in the future. What really stood out to me was the time Ken took from an obviously busy day (lots of people coming in and out) to thoroughly explain the cause of the problem. Instead of just fixing it, charging me a bundle and then sending me on my way, he walked me through what had happened, why it occurred, and what to watch for in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and fairness, and it gave me confidence that the repair was done right this time around and there wouldn't be a re-occurrence. Also, despite having a lineup of work, the fix was impressively fast, and I felt completely safe driving away. It’s not always easy to find a shop that combines speed, quality work, and honest communication, but Ken and Wild Bill's absolutely delivered that experience to me. I have already highly recommended them to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy auto service in the Niagara area!

Wild Bill’s Auto Repair is hands-down one of the best and most genuine mechanic shops I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. No upselling, no pressure, just honest, straightforward service. The team here truly cares about their customers and takes the time to explain what’s being done and why. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve known them for years. I went in to get my rear brakes done, and not only was the price extremely reasonable, but the work was done efficiently and with care. They also include a full vehicle inspection with every oil change, which is such a nice touch and shows how much they value safety and maintenance. If you’re tired of big name auto shops that overcharge and underdeliver, Wild Bill’s is the place to go. Honest, friendly, and reliable. Everything you want in a mechanic.

Always timely, honest mechanic! When he sees an issue, gives you truthful advice and tells you the price to fix it! I am so happy my bro sent me here. No nonsense about cheating women either.

A quaint place that feels like how they did it in the old days. Simple service done, gives vehicle feedback straight, and all work is completed in quick time too. A bit smokey in the main office, but it gives it some character! They prefer cash, which will also save you taxes and fees, and helps their business. Highly recommended!
