Right from the get go, dealing with Michelle M. My experience with Widerange has been nothing like the reviews I read. Michelle M. Was amazing, she reassured me that she would follow up and get back to me. She promptly did, she advised what next steps would be and if I didn’t get the call then I was to call her. I didn’t receive my delivery call so I called her and she looked into it right away. I did get my delivery call a couple of hours later. I was told my delivery window would be from 10 am to 2 pm. The gentlemen showed up at 1030 ish. They were efficient, polite and professional. In a time when all you read is negative reviews I have to say how wonderful my experience with Wide Range Transportation has been. Thank you to Michelle and the dispatcher and to the delivery men. View on GoogleThis company keeps calling me on different numbers in regards to a shipment that I never placed, to an address that is not even mine, I've told them this twice over the phone yet they continue to call, I feel sorry for whoever it is that placed that order because they seem to not have received it and it's been over a month now they keep on calling.
View on GoogleGarbage Garbage Delivery Company!!!! Don't know why anyone uses them? We unfortunately are stuck with them on a delivery that they cancelled and rescheduled 3 times! I upset I can't do Zero stars!
View on GoogleAfter reading so many negative reviews I was extremely apprehensive about having Wide Range remove (defective ) the refrigerator and deliver a new refrigerator to my condo. With limiting access the team executed the exchange with great skill. The team were prompt, efficient and respectful of the property. Kudos. Unfortunately I did not get their names or I would have named them.
View on GoogleThere was significant damage done to our one month old capping we had installed on our door. The delivery company offered approximately 50% of the cost to replace it (after they insisted I got a quote so “the repair was done correctly”). It has been week over a month and payment has not been received. We decided not to purchase the remainder of our appliances, or the remainder of the materials needed for our addition from Home Depot because they use this company.
