I had such a wonderful experience with Albert, the concierge and shuttle driver at White Oaks. After returning from a trip, I unfortunately came down with traveller’s sickness when we almost reached the hotel after flying in and I satrted to feel unwell. Albert was incredibly kind and helpful during that time. He arranged my room to be ready as soon as I arrived with another staff member to take myuggage for me to my room so I could lay down. He drove the hotel shuttle for us and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, even giving me some extra Gravol the next day, which I definitely appreciated! The hotel staff also checked in on me after I had rested for a couple of hours to make sure I didn’t need medical assistance, which really showed how much they care about their guests. What stood out the most was how personal Albert made the experience. Every time he saw me, he greeted me by name, said hello, and took a moment for friendly conversation. That kind of genuine hospitality makes such a difference. To top it off, when I accidentally left my electric toothbrush at the hotel, I texted Albert just to ask who I should contact, but he took care of everything for me himself. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you, Albert, for being such a kind and thoughtful person. You truly represent the excellent service at White Oaks. 😊

My family stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we’re really glad we booked at White Oaks. We originally chose it because of the location. It’s right in between the Falls and downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake, about a 10 minute drive to the Falls and around 15 to 20 minutes to Queen Street. When we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They sent us complimentary wine and fruit, which was a really nice touch. The rooms were clean, well lit, and very comfortable to sleep in. The pool was also perfect for what we needed. The water was warm, towels were available, and the seating was comfortable. Our daughter had a lot of fun there. Breakfast was good overall, though it could use a bit more variety. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely come back 🙂

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and we are still talking about how impressed we were. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt elevated. The property itself is nicely maintained and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel both relaxed and special. The attended both restaurants, the Play Bar + Grill as well as the LIV restaurant and both were very good but the LIV was outstanding. The meal felt like a true dining experience rather than just “hotel food.” The menus were creative, the ingredients fresh, the presentation impeccable and the staff were amazing. What I feel truly set this hotel apart, however, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and consistently professional. Every interaction — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant teams — felt sincere and personal. It was clear that hospitality here is not just a job, but a culture. We felt genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place that excels equally in accommodations, dining, and service — but this hotel does exactly that. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to our return. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my engagement party at White Oaks and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was perfect – sophisticated and inviting, which set the ideal tone for our event. The service was exceptional; the staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The event coordination team was a joy to work with, providing prompt and helpful support throughout the planning process. Maria (the event planner) was very patient with us as we had reschedule our event due to family funeral. The service was amazing and on time for everything . This place is a “Must Try” if you ever around Niagara. The food was made of love. Costumer service and hospitality was way more than our expectations. **Review – White Oaks Conference Centre** From booking right through to cleanup, the entire White Oaks team was top-notch. The staff were gracious, professional, and genuinely helpful at every step of our Annual General Meeting. The conference room we booked — for the second year in a row — was perfect for our needs. The AV team made all technical aspects completely seamless, handling every question and request with ease. The food was excellent. Lunch was delicious, snacks were well-timed and well-presented, and all dietary requirements were handled thoughtfully and without issue. Overall, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and extremely well run. After two great years, I can’t see us choosing anywhere else for future AGMs. White Oaks continues to set the bar.
