today i had the pleasure of attending my sons JK/SK class trip to this maple syrup farm and they had a blast! our leader was Gil and the kids really liked him (as you can see in this pic). he made sure to keep things fun for the little ones, it was interactive and really great for the kids. thank you for a lovely experience, we will be back!
View on GoogleWe had the most wonderful time today on our Maple tour with Grace. I brought my family from Italy here and we were all thoroughly impressed with the amount of knowledge that she had regarding maple syrup and its production. The charcuterie board at the end was just the icing on the cake a perfect day I would highly recommend this outing for out of town family, as well as locals with children or without.
View on GoogleThis farm for maple syrup is wonderful! You see White Meadows farm maple syrup in shops in Niagara Falls everywhere but why not go to the farm and do the tour and learn how to make maple syrup ☺️ We enjoyed throughly. Nathan the tour guide was so knowledgeable and very fun to listen to. We added Charcuterie board at the end of the tour and they are all made with maple syrup products, very enjoyable on your palette. During the tour we get to make Taffy on snow with maple syrup, really fun experience. Two thumbs up for everything about this place including people who work there!!
View on GoogleI've tried there maple brittle, maple covered peanuts, and pure maple sugar they where all very good. They have tractor ride tours available to learn everything maple with a tasting of there four maple syrups at the end. If your a member of Harvest Hosts you are welcome to bring your RV or trailer and can spend the night like we did very peaceful and relaxing
View on GoogleA wonderful experience. Actually, did not expect to learn so much, and the guide Nathan was funny and engaging. He gave us a tour of the maple trees they tap, he took us there on a tractor wagon ride, and explained the whole process beginning to end. The food science, the chemistry, the history. Then we came back to the farm and had a tasting. We opted for the charcuterie board, which was a wonderful way to experience the different items they produce. (Tip - they have a store in Old Town Niagara on the Lake - great to visit, but you can get the same items a bit cheaper here at the actual farm). Highly recommend.
