I needed a weird sized nut, searched 5 other specialty places, these guys knew right away what it was and had tons of stock. In and out in under 5 minutes
View on GoogleThis place has never let me down. Everytime I have needed something, they always come thru. Great job guys!
View on GoogleThis location is not good. Just went in for some structural bolts. We only need 50. They won't sell any less than 800. That's a joke. If you are reading this and have a similar experience. Bolts Plus sells individually, it's just a bit of a drive unfortunately.
View on GoogleI’ve been a loyal customer of White Cap (Brafasco) for years, and every visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. The staff are top-notch—always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether I’m tackling a project at work or in need of something more specific for a job, their team takes the time to guide me to exactly what I need, and their expertise is spot-on. The store’s stock is always impressively full, ensuring I never have to leave empty-handed. They carry a wide range of high-quality tools, materials, and accessories for your needs. Even when I need something hard to find, the employees are quick to check availability and can often order it for me without hassle. What really sets White Cap apart is their commitment to customer service. It’s clear that they care about the work I do and want to ensure I have everything I need to succeed. Plus, the in-store experience is always pleasant, with clean aisles and a positive atmosphere. If you need reliable products and fantastic service, White Cap is the place to go. Highly recommend! View on GoogleI had been doing business with this location for almost 1.5 years. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a new manager integrated into the business, and while it started off courteous I don’t feel my last call into the business was very professional. I used this location for my home base business because it stocked the items I required in higher quantities. My last call in left a sour taste when I stated I would like to put an order in and the next sentence was “is this you again” and that the prices originally given to me were going to jump higher. I’ve never asked for a “deal” and understood that changes have happened in every business regarding shipping costs etc. However, professionalism and respect to the customers cost nothing. I’ve since gone back to use more local small businesses to help me out. I hope the new manager understands politeness can go a much longer distance
