I highly recommend! This is definitely a great attraction for any age young or old!! I do suggest if you are sitting on the outside of the boat bring an extra change of clothing 😬 they do sell clothing and towels at the little kiosk if you happen to forget. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime
View on GoogleGreat experience and lots of funn. Book the open boat tour to get the full effect of the speed and agility of the boat. You will get wet so bring the spare clothes, but if you forget you can always buy a set in their gift shop. We had an amazing experience.
View on GoogleIf you're looking for an unforgettable adventure while visiting Niagara Falls, look no further than the Whirlpool Jet Boat Tour! From start to finish, this experience is pure adrenaline, and I can't recommend it enough! Vinny and Jason were absolutely incredible. Vinny’s energy was contagious—he hyped us up the moment we boarded, making sure we were all ready for an exhilarating ride. He’s the kind of guide that gets you excited about every twist and turn, and his enthusiasm set the tone for the entire trip. Jason, our captain, was an absolute legend behind the wheel. He drove that boat like a NASCAR driver—smooth, fast, and with precision! We were flying over the waves, feeling the rush of the water and the wind in our faces, and it was all thanks to his skill and expertise. At times, it felt like we were on a roller coaster but with the added thrill of being on the water! The speed, the splash, the whole experience was a *do not miss* event when you’re in Niagara Falls. Whether you're seeking thrills or just looking to experience the beauty of the area from a whole new perspective, this is the tour you want to take. It's the perfect balance of heart-pounding excitement and natural beauty, and Vinny and Jason made it absolutely epic! Highly recommend—this was the highlight of our trip!
View on GoogleWhat a blast!! We did this on 7/23/25 at 2:30pm and we couldn’t have picked the better time and weather was perfect. You really really get drenched anywhere you sit so just be ready to get wet. They have lockers where you can store your valuables for free and they also have change rooms you can use after the boat ride. Facility is kept clean and staff was super friendly! Highly recommended☺️ additional note 📝 - if you do not get wet, I mean WET, do not go on this! I expected to get wet but we got completely soaked and submerged into water!! 😆🤣🤩 like you get to be under and In the wave of water for a second. I have NEVER experienced the water hit your face that hard! It is SO MUCH FUN. If you want to do second time, they offer it at 50 percent off!
View on GoogleWe just went on the last tour of the night with Chris (guide) and Adam (our captain). Overall it was a really nice experience and we would absolutely do it again. They even informed us that if we came back within 24 hours we would get 50% off a return repeat trip. Had we been able to move the next days plans we would have. Let’s start with - everyone is going to get wet. We went with littler kids so we were in row 5 and still were plenty drenched! The only real drawback is I think our expectation didn’t necessarily align with the product. There was lots of talking and only a few actual loops or runs into the water… maybe a dozen or so in the 45 min trip. I think we expected it to be more consistently jet boat adventure - whereas it was probably 80% boating and Chris chatting and playing music and 20%adventure jet boating actually getting wet. We just expected more of the adventure part, but that’s clearly not the agenda. For those more curvy people, note that the ponchos provided are small, so if you are above an XL, bring your own - or just wear your bathing suit and embrace the drenching! I’m a 3x and was a little sausage in the poncho. You can buy a video of your experience for $50. If you had a big group it’s definitely a fun memory - we didn’t get it. There are bathrooms and changing rooms at check-in, along with a gift shop where you can buy any gear you might want or have forgotten. Don’t forget to bring your towel and change of clothes - as everyone is going to be wet. While my top stayed pretty dry from the poncho my bottoms were soaked as we were sitting in inches of water after the big waves. The first 4 rows will be heavily drenched, the remaining rows will all get wet but not weighty wet. We worn goggles and greatly enjoyed being able to see the rapids as we whirled through them. Glasses and hats would definitely be ripped off in the waves crashing in in the first few rows, so be prepared with a string for any glasses you have if you don’t take them off. Honestly - we’d do it again with adjusted reality vs expectations. All of the staff was lovely! The girl who checked us in, Shawnita, was super helpful and answered all our questions and found answers when she didn’t know. All the staff who handed out life vests or picked them up were personable and warm. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re nearby!! We did note that reservations are suggested. While we were able to buy tickets upon arrival (we’re terrible at keeping a schedule), the tour time we could have made on arrival was sold out to a group so we waited around for an hour. Wasn’t bad - and glad we didn’t buy them early because of our personal lack of keeping on time to things - but if there is a time you really want to go and are better at being on time to things, then definitely book ahead!!
