We had a fantastic experience with Wheels Auto Group. After being burned in the past by auto dealers owned by large corporations, it was such a relief to work with a family-owned business that genuinely cares about people. Vlad was amazing to work with from start to finish. The customer service was excellent; great communication by email, fast responses, and really positive interactions in person. We purchased a used vehicle, and one thing that really stood out was that they actually encouraged us to have our own inspection done on the vehicle to confirm its condition. That gave us a lot of confidence in both the pre-owned automobile we were buying and in the honesty of the team. They also went above and beyond to meet our deadline, which we really appreciated. The pricing was clear, straightforward, and fair, with no sneaky additions or surprises. If you’re looking for a trustworthy used car dealer with outstanding customer service, I would very highly recommend Wheels Auto Group. It was absolutely worth the drive from Etobicoke to Welland.

In this day and age it’s hard to find businesses that truly care about their service to their clients. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Vlad. Always answered his phone, had prompt replies to texts and emails, provided detailed information about the car and the work that was done on it and followed it up with fair pricing and genuine quality service upon picking up my used Subaru outback wilderness. Couldn’t have went smoother! I drove 3.5 hours to buy this vehicle and it was worth the drive. Thanks so much Vlad and all the best with your first child in a few months. :)

I purchased my very first used car when I turned 16. Now that I’m 61, I’ve bought a few since. I recently purchased a used 2022 Subaru Outback from Wheels Auto Group. Let me say that it was worth the 75 min one-way drive to do so. WAG provided me with exceptional, friendly, and efficient service! I was offered a very fair price for my trade-in vehicle, and at no time, did I ever feel pressure to purchase. Due to the kilometre reading on the vehicle, I was provided with new tires and brakes. When an issue developed at the purchase time with a leaky windshield washer reservoir, they quickly ordered and replaced it with a new one. The dealership never over-promised, and was straightforward and honest with delivery deadlines, and timing of such. When I had to return Welland for a funeral last week, WAG were very accommodating in allowing me to get my new vehicle on the same day, without having to drive an extra trip to do so. It was very much appreciated! The salesman, Vlad is a fine young man, and was a pleasure to deal with. All the best to him and his young family. I highly recommend both WAG in Welland and Vlad for any of your used car purchasing needs.

We had a great experience with vlad. We bought a 2024 Honda civic sport. We notices a few curb rashes on the rims and ask to have them fixed. Wheels auto group re painted all the rims and made them look new again. We also had a few other minor things we asked for and they had to problem to making them happen. Transaction was very smooth and easy. Vlad was very patient and not a pushy salesmen by any means which made it very easy for us to make this purchase. Thanks for the great experience! 10/10 recommend, just go in and have a conversation you will have no problem leaving and coming back without any pressure.
