Worst store ever to try and return things that were needed ordered too much tried to return it then they were literally complaining about a little bit of dirt on the doors, but said that they were gonna charge us more or they couldn't give us the credits back because the doors were dirty, but when you look at the floors on the floor, they're chipped they're dirty. We argue that then they start processing it. Their terminal failed to refund the money. Then they went back and started looking at everything and then tried to find more excuses not to give money back worst company ever I spent thousands of dollars here a month for my construction business. Definitely going to be finding a different company now to get my my construction supplies very disappointed.

Friendly service excellent pricing material. I use often prefer over Home Depot or Rona anytime.

Less than two years ago I purchased a significant amount of Toucan flooring from We Trans. All materials were purchased from them and delivered. We Trans recommend the flooring for my extensive project. It was installed by a contractor. The flooring is horrible, it’s splitting and popping up throughout my house. The entire flooring needs to be redone. We trans was initially helpful and had Toucan attend my house to do an assessment. They went through every excuse in the book from wrongful install to my floor not being even. All of which were proven not to be the issue. I have now been ghosted by Toucan and We trans. I spent $8000,00 on flooring and it hasn’t even lasted two years. Stay away from both of these companies. Horrible customer service and I am looking into pursuing a civil suit.
