Both my children had their psychoeducational assessments completed at this clinic. They offered flexible appointment times, worked with my insurance company to get the cost of the assessments covered, and the staff were great with my kids. Highly recommend that you reach out to them if you are seeking an assessment.

They led me to believe that the wait time would be quite long to see a psychologist but it was less than half of the wait time to see a hospital psychiatrist, and the experience was 1000x better. Dr. Baril was great to deal with and helped validate my concerns re: past misdiagnoses. If you’re looking to investigate autism as a woman or girl I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Baril especially!! I want to say that in the past I saw three or four psychiatrists who all seemingly ignored my autism, but Dr. Baril listened to my concerns and helped me to find the answer I’d been searching my entire life for.

I am a psychologist working in the area and when I have come across psychoeducational assessment reports from West Niagara Psychology Centre, they have been excellent - they are very informative, comprehensive, and well written. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Signed up over the phone with a very lovely receptionist who said they'd call when the specific person has an opening. That was almost 6 weeks ago. I have left a message lasr week, went by yesterday but nobody was there and left another VM today. Not sure how people run a business this way. If I hear back and things actually move along I'll update this review but so far extremely disappointing.... Update *** Well after all that we thought we finally had an appointment. Because of how the process went so far I figured I'd call the week before to confirm. Today we went in only to be told that our appointment was in 9 days and 'it had never been moved'. Not sure if that receptionist listens when she does know how to pick up phones but now we both took time off work to do this after 15 weeks of waiting.... So if you actually need couples councelling I suggest you go anywhere else or ask for a referral for a divorce lawyer, both would be more useful
