I just had a mammogram, and the technician was the most professional and caring person I have ever dealt with. The whole process, from entering the clinic to finishing the appointment, took less than 15 minutes. Thank you to the HW team for making me feel so comfortable and at ease.

I just booked an appointment and already regret it. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was impatient and came across as rude. She spoke quickly, and because I misunderstood part of what she said, she seemed annoyed and responded sharply. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and hesitant about going in. I really think staff at medical clinics would benefit from additional training in patient communication to ensure people feel treated with respect and professionalism.

Very disappointing experience . We had an important and time-sensitive ultrasound appointment for my wife. We left our home during very bad weather and a storm, and just minutes before arriving we were informed that the appointment was cancelled. At the very least, we should have been notified at least one hour in advance. If patients cancel late, they are penalized, yet the clinic cancelled on extremely short notice with no consideration. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and disruption to our work. I expected better professionalism and respect for patients’ time.

had a great experience with technologist Waqar Nisa. She was extremely caring, patient, and professional. She made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. Truly grateful for her kindness and dedication. She stayed up late and took extra time just to ensure the results are accurate. Very grateful to her.
