We came to the drive-thru at 11:50 p.m., and there was a lady who showed us attitude when we asked her to add a drink. Staff should be polite and kind to customers. We are paying for our food, not asking for it for free. She definitely needs training on how to provide proper customer service and how to behave with customers. She should not yell at someone who is ordering and paying for their food just because she has to pour a drink from the fountain machine. This is unacceptable.
View on GoogleMy partner and I with our two children swung by the drive-thru for a quick dinner pick up and always speak loud and clear so nothing is misunderstood yet when we received our order, it wasn't all what we had ordered. Our son usually gets the spicy wrap duo combo without lettuce but of course both came with lettuce. That sure made for a hungry upset little boy I tell ya. We went back, went in, explained what happened and they had replaced them. Where do those wraps even go? Straight to the garbage I bet so why not offer to keep the mistaken order too. Just my opinion.

The ""Leave Us a Message"" on the App DOES NOT WORK!! and nobody responds to the Text Msg!! More Shrink-flation with Charging for Chocolate milk in a combo (237ml Little Box instead of 250 ml) and charging for Frosty in a combo!! If a Manager would like to respond here with a contact email, I wil delete the bad review. I also didnt recieve my Rewards points bcuz order was placed thru DoorDash which I will never do again. Thanks!
View on GoogleI go to this location pretty often, roughly every two weeks, all seasons, typically mid-morning. It is regularly the cleanest fast food place I have ever frequented, the staff is always a delight, and the food is always right on point (never cold, never old, often just made). Sometimes the restaurant can be a little chilly but aside from this they are one of the best places to park myself for an hour or two with a meal and do some work. Always a pleasure to go here.
View on GoogleTotally messed up my order. Ordered 2 daves singles no cheese no mayonnaise on uber eats. I called to see if they could simply replace it and they said i have to go through uber which then didn’t give me my money back so i could order something else.
