Wendy's

Love this Wendy's specifically. We drive out of our way to this Wendy's during the week to hopefully be served by Mary. She's the best. I laugh bc she knows my husband by name we were teasing him he was a regular, I was telling a friend about this and lo and behold no surprise they also knew who Mary was. Locally famous for all the right reasons! In an increasingly cold and removed world... Be a Mary! I hope she sees this! Thanks Mary.

Had to argue with the counter person because they couldn't understand that I ordered on the app and was picking it up in the store. They kept asking me if I ordered it at the drive thru or in the store. Opened my food bag to find my french fry container on its side in the bag with all the fries around my burgers. Also if you want napkins ask for the or get them yourself there were none in the bag.

I came in wanting the Cobb salad, but was told they couldn’t remove the tomatoes. I switched to the Apple Pecan salad instead, and there wasn’t a single pecan in it. For almost $20, that’s disappointing. Definitely expected better quality and attention to detail.

I went there yesterday afternoon to grab something to eat as I was hungry and wendys is about the only place I can tolerate. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed. My double burger patties were dried out as they were most likely precooked and put in a warming tray for a couple of hours before they cut them up and put it into their chilli. The restaurant was deserted and I was the only one there so there was no excuse not to have fresh meat on the burger. The fries were pre-made as well so they weren't the best. What really bothered me the most was the tables were sticky like they don't wipe them down after customers are finished. I won't be going back or recommending this location.

Just came from this Wendy's - ordered a large coke through the drive through. The staff member took a moment as she was washing her hands (always happy to see good hand hygiene!). We order from here regularly and the food is always hot & staff are always so friendly and funny. Hope the ladies who served us tonight are valued at this location!
