I ordered 3 Jr bacon cheeseburgers the Patty's were cold & thin the cheese wasn't melted on the three of them I felt rushed and I asked the woman to scan my app twice shes was taking other orders while dealing with me you should be paying attention to the customer infront of you

YES I LIKE WENDY'S CHOCOLATE FROSTYS ITS HELPS KEEP GOING ON VERY HARD DAYS ALOT USE COFFEE AND MINE IS FROSTYS IT IS WEIRD THAT WHEN WITH A CARD THAT IT IS IN SEPERATE RECEITS SO I WANT BOTH RECEITS FOR RECIRDS SO TO FIX YHIS PROBLEM I GOING TO A GROCERY STORE AND BUYING ICECREAM BOX THE WENDY'S ON WELLAND AVE ST CATHARINES ONLY PRINTS ONLY ONE RECEIT AND NOT THE SECOND RECEIT SHOWING YOU USED A CARD NOW HAPPENING ON LAKE STREET THE FIRST OF TWO PARTS OF RECEITS IT SAYS DEBIT ON THE VERY BOTTOM OF RECEIT OF #1 BUT THERES A #2 PART OF RECEIT SHOWING OF USING OF DEBIT INFORMATION 1 I LIKE ALL OTHER STORES THAT U IS ALL IN 1 BUT WENDY'S IS IN 2 PARTS AND I WANT BOTH PARTS FOR MY BOOK WORK TO SHOW I ACTUALLY USED MY CARD ON #1 SHOWS FIRST HOW CASH CANADIAN SECOND, IT SHOWS HOW MUCH IN U S DOLLARS AND THEN IT SHOWS SAME DEBIT.THAT'S ALL IT SAYS DEBIT.WHERE IS THE CARD INFORMATION?LOOK AT ALL YOUR RECEIPTS.THEY ALL HAVE IT PRINTED UP WITH SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BOOKKEEPING SO IWHEN I TURN IN MY ONLY ONE RECEIT IT MAKES LOOKS LIKE I PAID CASH AND I NEVER PAY CASH SO ONLY GETTING 1. RECEIT DONT SHOW I PAID WITH CARD

Ordered through drive-thru, 3 times I told them to not put Tomato on a sandwich. They even said "Yup, no Tomato". Didn't see it punched in on the screen when they told us to pull up. Sure enough, they still put Tomato on the sandwich.

Missing a burger from my order (3 burgers total). Rude drive through employee (not even a fake smile or a thanks for paying his wage). Burgers looked like someone sat on them. Used to be a solid 4/5 but quality has diminished. The worst McD’s I’ve ever been to is across the road so they are at least 1 star ahead for now.

Best service ever! Whenever I’m too exhausted after working a long day, I’ll stop for a burger and there is always this gentleman working the window who gives me impeccable service. He’s so kind and so friendly. (Which honestly is rare for a fast food joint.)This Wendy’s isn’t the closest one to me but it’s always worth going because the man who works evenings at the drive thru window is so wonderful. Keep up the great work!
