I went through the drive thru and got my drinks but they told me to drive to the front and park then come inside to receive the rest of my order... what's the point of the drive thru if I have to park and come inside to take my order anyways? This never happened in my life and idk why they thought this was okay to do ?? Someone from management please explain this. I was there march 3, 2026. Thanks.

Today, the girl with the ear piercing at the front counter treated us amazingly well. She was very kind, polite, and welcoming. I really enjoyed talking to her. I came here to visit my grandparents, and she showed so much care and respect toward them, which truly meant a lot to us. Her kindness and positive attitude made our visit special. The food was excellent as well—fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Great job to the whole team, and special appreciation to her for such wonderful service!

I had to pick up an uber order today at 8 pm and i was trying to open the door and it was locked so i thought of going to drive thru to pick up the order and the staff member was extremly rude and said use the door and i polietly replied that the i tried twice and the door is locked and she said that she will open the door and went again and i was knocking the door but no one responded for a while and other staff member came over to open the door. Owner should focus on the behaviour of the staff members. Either i was not the customer but everyone have the right to get treated respectfully

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit to this location. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the food. The fries were cold, the sandwich was dry despite my request for extra sauce, and the lettuce appeared old and stale. Due to the poor quality, I was unable to eat the meal and had to throw it away. I was running late for work and chose the drive-thru expecting a quick and reliable meal. Instead, I ended up with no food to eat during my eight-hour shift, which was very frustrating and disappointing. I genuinely felt that my money was wasted. I want to emphasize that I usually visit this location because the staff is friendly and the customer service is consistently good. This concern is not about the service or the employee who took my order, but strictly about the quality of the food on this occasion. I normally do not write complaints, but this experience left me feeling disappointed enough that I felt it was important to share. I hope you understand why I am bringing this to your attention, and I appreciate you taking the time to read my feedback.

I recently visited Wendy's and tried their spicy chicken and beef bacon burgers both were fantastic! The beef bacon burger was incredibly juicy. The food was served hot and fresh, just the way I like it. Special thanks to Manager Allen for taking our order and ensuring a great dining experience. Highly recommend!
