This Wendy’s customer service was absolutely top-tier; fast, friendly, and full of good vibes. I forgot to get the amazing cashier’s name but she was smiling, joking, and genuinely seemed to care about making her customers happy, which is such a refreshing change. The food was solid, but the real reason I’ll be back is the amazing service. If all fast-food spots ran like this one, the world would be a happier place!

Went for a late night bite, I'm currently pregnant and was hungry for a second dinner. Decided that I wanted a burger from Wendy's. What a mistake. Aside from the rude and down right impolite lady working the intercom, my burger was cold, missing ingredients and made terribly. My fries had no salt and were accompanied by hair, so they were thrown out. Disgusted is an understatement. Will never return for a late night bite ever again. Well played staff. Clearly quality and kindness aren't something you give two damns about.

Can't review the food as we never got served. Hours posted at the door said diner was open for 7:30am and we tried two doors at 7:39am this morning. An employee looked right at us and continued to ignore the customers at the door. We left and got great service at McDonald's.

The food was genuinely solid — flavours were good and everything tasted fresh. Presentation was clean and definitely up to standard, no sloppy packaging. I was actually impressed by the customer interaction; the staff were surprisingly friendly and attentive, so good job on that. Drive-thru overall wasn’t bad either — quick enough, smooth, no major delay. Overall: positive experience. I would return.

Do not come to this location!! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t even know how to speak with a customer properly especially after they’ve spent $100 on an order. They act like they’re giving you food using their own pay. I was shocked that the “manager” Bob doesn’t even know what customer service is, yet he’s put in charge of this location. They also “forgot” to give some of the things I ordered. Absolutely disgusted with the service. They slammed the window on my face and even denied giving me their names, until I said I wouldn’t move my car out the way unless they did. Absolutely Unbelievable.
