Carli was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and so helpful. I have many issues going on with my arm elbow she was able to help me and give me advice and suggest different solutions and again she was very nice and friendly, very welcoming atmosphere there.

I came to wellwise to grab some replacement products today. Both Emily and Calry were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their funny personalities and politeness made my time there from start to finish more than what I expected. I was educated on what I needed and left feeling more than what attentive customer service should be. They worked well as a team to help me. It was a pleasure to meet both of them. A true knowledgeable duo of young ladies who care about helping every customer that came in when I was there but never made me feel unattened. Thank you both.

I visited wellwise store today to inquire about getting a certain product for myself at the suggestion of a colleague at my work. He had a good experience himself so I assumed I too would. I'm rating my overall time in the store a 3star because I felt an unprofessional manner from the girl that was helping me. Her demeanour was rude towards her colleagues and unfriendly towards me. I did my research as well before coming in and was hoping to visit with Carlie but she was at first on the phone at the time I came in and I was unable to have my service provided by her. I suppose if I decide to come back I will book a direct appointment with her if I cannot locate my item elsewhere. Overall I felt uncomfortable and unheard. Truly I am only giving 3 stars because as a business they had the product I required and I saw the other service being provided by the two other employees to be what I expected for myself. I am unsure of the other girls name, but she was a dark haired girl with a darker complexion who seemed to be attentive to her client. I can only hope for a better experience next time. I hope the manager sees this and can address the issue.

I visited today to grab some items for upcoming surgery. Carlie helped me to grab everything on my list. The store was extremely busy at the time but I didn't feel rushed through the process even so. I believe she might be the manager and she was very helpful to explain how to use each of the mechanisms I was purchasing. My husband was with me and is picky with customer service and was also very happy with the service so I knew it was the right time and place to make my purchases. I will be coming back a little closer to my surgery to grab a few more items that she suggested I might need. It was a pleasure to meet someone who was willing to go above and beyond, I was given 20% for seniors discount day saving me a very much needed amount of money during a difficult process and unexpected time. I highly recommend wellwise and visiting their store for your preop or postop needs. I learned alot I didn't know going in. I feel more prepared now than when I left my preoperative hospital appointment. So please visit this young lady if you are at all doubting what you may require. I will be a return client for further products if need be. Thank you Carlie for smiling for through the entire process even though you had to answer our 100 questions. Truly appreciative of service like yours.

This place has always been my go-to for brace supports and to this day it does not disappoint. Carli was exceptionally helpful, spending a lot of time to ensure that I had properly fitting braces for my complex needs as I came in today needing replacements for four different braces. She handled every question positively and every customer nearby with grace during a very busy time in the store. Educating me on better ways to wear them to fit my needs. Her diligence, compassion and funny personality will not be forgotten. Turning what could have been a frustrating, time consuming experience into something great. I really appreciate her making sure I have everything I need right down to proper tax receipts before I embark on a cross-province move.
