Hot Satin my first time doing this the best Pinot grigio I've ever had

I'm a longtime customer of Welland Wine and Supplies. The owner, Annette, has always provided friendly service that ensures the experience is everything it should be every time out. She's knowledgeable regarding all the different options available and always dependable. Prices are below any other place I've investigated yet the quality is always there. There's everything from great drinkable wines to premium quality wines that will improve with age if you let them!

It was first wine making experience. I will definitely be going back. I bought the full package with labels, bottle, tinfoil bottle covers. Cost about $150 for all, took about a month to ferment and I bottled it 5 weeks later. It took me about 20 minutes to bottle and cork. The lady who owns and operates the store is fabulous and very helpful.

Very knowledgeable staff. I am making my first batch of homemade wine from scratch and they have all of the supplies I need plus can answer all my questions. Their wine kits are also very easy to use and taste great when complete.

Went in this afternoon (on my lunch) to simply ask if I still had time to make wine for Christmas. she retorted with "Absolutely not, we had the count-down up on the window all month, you should have seen it" with a snarky attitude. Will not go there --- never did business with them -- but based on that experience alone, I will not ever try and do business with them... and I will never tell anyone about the location --- since it is easy to miss, unless you go to Subway a lot.
