Brutal won't give us our deposit back..Can never get ahold of anyone on the phone..Says easy to book online but you have to give notice when your moving out we swept the unit it was in great shape when we left and now no refund on our deposit.. won't recommend them to anyone.

Nice place. Parking area was a bit icy but considering it was after a winter storm and it's outdoor storage it was not too bad. The place is clean. Really clean. Great location out of sight and out of mind. Secure as heck yard. Good job.

Jon was great, the unit we rented was taken by another customer when we showed up trailer loaded and he drove to the site at 10pm to rectify the issue and get us into a unit that night. Alway returns phone calls and super friendly. We will definately use his facility again and recommend to friends. 😊

While they appear very pleasant and easy to deal with. Once your done they will lie to you with an email stating your deposit is being refunded. But once you inquire about it they will talk in circles and say your not getting refunded. Liars are the worst people to deal with and will never deal with them or recommend them to anyone. Will keep everyone posted after I’m done filing through small claims court
