Josh, Landon, Cathy, and Char are an absolute pleasure to deal with — their customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend buying your building materials here and building a relationship with this amazing team.

Such bad service. They sold me a defective product so when I came back 10 minutes later they claimed that I bent the product myself. I was simply asking for an exchange of a product I bought 10 minutes ago and they were extremely hesitant and disrespectful about it. They have to do better.

There are few things in life you can count on. Friendly service is one of those you can find at Rona Doidge Building Centre. Whether at the check out or out in the yard, the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Findly what I needed and competitive pricing on a future job was met and appreciated. Will return regularly as supporting locally owned and operated business is important.
