Unfortunately this has happened on multiple occasions where the receptionists of the Rose City Medical Associates claim to send paperwork for referrals when they in fact have not. I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby, with having lost my first - it’s extremely important I am seen by a specialist. I should already have my first appointment yet I’m sitting here waiting for the receptionists to send my paperwork and there is nothing I can do as McMaster Children’s Hospital will not see me until they have the paperwork. They are extremely rude and unprofessional when asked to do their job. I waited over a year for a referral for my son to an ENT - inquired about it after a year and then within 2 weeks had an appointment after a “re-referral”.

Horrible customer service from front desk reps. Make you pay if you're there longer than 5 mins just to park. doctors don't care about you or your health. Go else where if you can. Lack of humanity with this joke of a doctor's office.

Dr. Song, and certainly the receptionist who handles her patients, needs to be investigated for discriminatory practices and/or fraud. We caught the clinic lying on multiple occasions—claiming to have sent referral forms to a specialist when they did not, and claiming said specialist rejected our request for an assessment when that was in fact not the case. Beyond the disrespect we've received, the fact that they attempted to gaslight us out of receiving medical attention is incredibly alarming.

Dr herself is ok. No issues. The receptionist though incredibly unprofessional and rude. 10 + year patient and each visit or call this Jenn girl I think her name is, is pure ignorant. Def bad energy and bad vibes !

Been dealing with this establishment for years in physiotherapy, laboratory, medical, and diabetic services. And just recently I changed my Pharmacy Services from Rexal at the Fitch St plaza. Note! If you have your prescriptions filled here you get your parking free. I have no issues with receptionists, we all have stressful days but some people can be impatient . So please be respectful and you will find the receptionists to be excellent.
