The Welland International Flatwater Centre (WIFC) is a premier flatwater facility in the heart of Niagara. It is set on 411 acres of parkland and 272 acres of water and combines international-standard competitive watersports facilities with recreational and social opportunities. This is an excellent place to engage in boating, kayaking, swimming, and fishing, both recreational and competitive. The entire premises is very up-to-date and modern, very well maintained and first class. There are walking trails as well which allow one to enjoy the ambience. In addition, there is plenty of spectators seating available for those who wish to view the sports. There’s also free parking available as well as clean restrooms. Great place overall – I highly recommend!

Very nice facility for rowing/kayaking/Dragon boats and more. You can go swimming here as well. I’ve even seen people with R/C boats playing there.

Had the chance to visit a friend's son in his fourth and final race of the dragon boat season. What a great facility. I have never been to this area of town. Lots of parking Not much shade but a great view of the water from the molded seats. Exciting watching them paddle!
