Josie was incredibly helpful and friendly by phone with my questions regarding my hydro setup at a new apartment. Made the process stress free. Megan was also great with emails for setup process and everything was ton incredibly fast.

My husband and I went to Welland Hydro Friday, June 6th, to clear up a matter. It wasn’t busy, waited perhaps 10 minutes. My husband and I spoke with Carrie Sturgeon, she’s very personable, knowledgeable, very kind. We thought it would take long, but Carrie helped us in a very timely manner. Thank you so much Carrie. Be careful, they’ll force you to pay a deposit or enroll in their autopay that they can’t manage to work properly. they’ll fail to withdraw a payment, fail to inform you, then tack on late fees. Then blame the bank for their issue.

Why is it ok for workers to park in business limited patron parking. To visit construction next door. I had watch patron park in distant off site parking. To accommodate arrogance. Workers need to respect what our local business do for our communities. Don't think your above all. It's hard enough in this industry don't limit the potential.

Called Welland Hydro to my office at 438 East Main St and they were there in 20 minutes and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. The 2 workers that showed up were professional and a credit to their profession, and if I could give them 10 stars I would.
