Josie was incredibly helpful and friendly by phone with my questions regarding my hydro setup at a new apartment. Made the process stress free. Megan was also great with emails for setup process and everything was ton incredibly fast.

View on GoogleBe careful, they’ll force you to pay a deposit or enroll in their autopay that they can’t manage to work properly. they’ll fail to withdraw a payment, fail to inform you, then tack on late fees. Then blame the bank for their issue.
View on GoogleWhy is it ok for workers to park in business limited patron parking. To visit construction next door. I had watch patron park in distant off site parking. To accommodate arrogance. Workers need to respect what our local business do for our communities. Don't think your above all. It's hard enough in this industry don't limit the potential.
View on GoogleCalled Welland Hydro to my office at 438 East Main St and they were there in 20 minutes and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. The 2 workers that showed up were professional and a credit to their profession, and if I could give them 10 stars I would.
